List the items as accurate as possible. Please note some items are prohibited such as weapons, Drugs, flammables, and explosives among others. Contact us if unsure.
Packing Tips
-Even though we don’t charge by the weight make every consideration to the items shipped. Fragile or delicate items will be prone to breakage and potential damage if improperly packed. -For heavy items such as books use multiple smaller boxes rather than single big box. Shipping charges will eventually be the same -For electronic systems that requires electric power, consider the voltage difference. USA utilizes 110v while some countries uses 240V. In some cases a step down transformer will be required! Contact us if unsure. -Label the Box ‘Fragile’ if items enclosed are delicate. -Pack the boxes with side up in order to ensure proper positioning on pallets and ultimately in the container.

Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) Estimate for Ocean Cargo is 2.5 months and for Air Cargo is 10 days from ETD. For updates call Toll Free below and NOT the Agent.
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) - Dates provided are estimates and may vary. Linctech, Our carriers and freight forwarders have no control of the shipments once its leaves our warehouse. Delays due to shipping lines are beyond our control and therefore cannot exclusively guarantee the date of arrival. Dates provided are projected dates and are subject to change.
Accuracy - I understand that the information provided is accurate and that the items shipped are not prohibited, dangerous/ hazardous. I also understand that the items shipped are not banned for importation to the destined country.
Shipment - We Do Not open any shipments whatsoever unless authorized by the customer. However, the verification officer at the Port of Destination may open the shipment to verify.
Liability - We make every effort to ensure that the cargo arrives safely. Liability due to loss and damage is only limited to the actual freight paid. Optional insurance coverage is available at an addition cost.
